‘I’ve never seen anyone’ in the tech world

I’ve been at Recode since 2014, and I’ve always thought of the tech industry as one of the great opportunities for women and people of color.

But that’s not always the case.

This past week, I was part of a panel at the company’s headquarters that featured three women who have made a name for themselves in tech and other fields.

In this episode, I ask what it’s like to be a female in tech.
